Welcome to the Pastelería Inteligente MODO ONLINE platform. Please take a moment to carefully review the following Terms and Conditions governing the use of our online educational services. From the moment a course is purchased, any person who has successfully registered will be considered a "User".

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using our online courses or “MODOS,” the User unconditionally agrees to comply with all Terms and Conditions established on this platform, as well as with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please refrain from using our services.

2. PERSONAL AND EDUCATIONAL USE

The courses or “MODOS” offered through our platform are intended exclusively for personal and educational use. The use of course content for commercial purposes or any other unauthorized purpose is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

Each access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing login credentials with others or purchasing one or more courses as a group in order to reduce costs or benefit additional users is strictly prohibited.

If fraudulent activity is detected, access will be permanently disabled without refund, and we reserve the right to deny access to future subscriptions.

3. COPYRIGHT

All published material is the exclusive property and original work of Pastelería Inteligente and its author, Paola Chang.

This material may not be copied, reproduced, translated, modified, uploaded to social media or websites, or distributed by any means, either in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of the author.

All content published on this platform—including videos, technical sheets, recipe books, texts, images, logos, icons, downloads, and other materials—is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

If necessary, appropriate legal actions may be taken to compensate for damages caused to the company and the author.

4. ACCESS REGISTRATION

To access the MODOS, Users may be required to register by providing personal information. It is the User’s responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account.

Users are also responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

5. MODIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date. In the event of a change of email address or a forgotten password, please contact: info@pasteleriainteligente.com.

6. PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY

This platform treats Users’ personal data with strict confidentiality. Such data will be protected and will not be shared with or accessed by third parties.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Our “MODOS” are designed so that students can complete them at their own pace and convenience within a period of 6 months for individual MODOS and 12 months for MODO PI.

These are on-demand courses without specific dates or deadlines. For this reason, refunds will not be issued once a course has been purchased, as usage cannot be verified.

8. USER BEHAVIOR

We reserve the right to suspend or disable access to Users who violate these Terms and Conditions, engage in inappropriate conduct, or negatively affect the experience of other Users or the platform.

9. COMMUNICATIONS

By registering for our courses, Users agree to receive communications related to their account, courses, and promotions via email or other communication channels.

10. MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon publication on our platform.

11. PRICES

Each “MODO” has its price listed on the platform, on the page of each Pastelería Inteligente course.

We reserve the right to offer prices in Argentine pesos and foreign currency (U.S. dollars) to allow access for international students. All prices are final.

12. PRICE CHANGES

Pastelería Inteligente reserves the right to apply discounts, promotions, and coupons whenever deemed appropriate, under conditions and timeframes determined by the company.

Such promotions will be published and communicated on the website, via email, and through the company’s social media channels.

Prices may be modified at any time without prior notice.

13. PURCHASE OF MODOS

Users will be required to complete the appropriate information in the payment form in order to issue invoices correctly.

14. ACCESS TO MODOS

Users may choose to purchase MODOS individually or purchase the package of four (4) MODOS, which includes a discount and an extended subscription period.

Users who purchase MODOS individually will not be eligible to request the package discount for future purchases.

15. SUBSCRIPTION DURATION

MODOS purchased individually will have a subscription duration of six (6) months. MODO PI will have a duration of twelve (12) months.

After this period, access to the MODOS will automatically expire.

Users who purchase MODO PI will also have access to one (1) 45-minute online consulting session at no additional cost during the subscription period. The User must contact Pastelería Inteligente to schedule the session.

Requests for this consultation will not be accepted once the 12-month subscription period has expired.

16. PAYMENT METHODS

For users located in Argentina, payments may be made through Mercado Pago via bank transfer, debit card, or credit card.

For international users, payments may be made through PayPal via transfer, debit card, or credit card.

17. ACCESS AND AVAILABILITY

Once payment has been received and confirmed, the User will be able to access the purchased MODOS at any time, every day, during the active subscription period.

If the User experiences technical issues preventing access, they should contact us via email so the issue can be resolved.

Refunds or claims cannot be requested due to technical failures unrelated to our system or due to internet connection issues outside of our control.

18. INQUIRIES

All questions, responses, and information related to MODO ONLINE will be managed through email, the website, and/or Pastelería Inteligente’s official social media channels.

19. ACCEPTANCE OF SALES CONDITIONS

The purchase of any course on this platform automatically implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions of this website.
